Earlier this year a couple of additional years of UK Amway volume was obtained, but only a couple of years and up until only 2017. Now 2018 and 2019 were found to be available, and here’s the numbers, which show further decline for most of the data (to increase the size of the table, right click on it and select open image in new tab and/or copy/paste the table on a blank Word document and zoom in):
